COLD WORKING

Cold working and locksmithing:

  • sheet cutting on the guillotine (accuracy up tp 0.1 mm): thickness up to 10mm; width up to 3000mm;
  • sheet and cone rolling: thickness up to 4.50mm; width up to 2000mm;
  • CNC bending: thickness up to 5.00mm; width up to 2000mm;
  • punching on presses: maximum pressure 100T.

HEAT TREATMENT

Surface hardening is our specialty.
The electronically controlled hardening and tempering process ensures that the required quality is maintained at the highest level and automation of this process greatly enhances its competitiveness.

Surface hardening.

CNC induction hardening with automatic feeder:

  • outer surfaces – diameters from 12 to 70mm;
  • inner surfaces – diameters from 20 to 60mm;
  • small flat surfaces.

Tempering in the retort chamber furnace at temperatures up to 600ºC.

CUTTING

Band saw cutting:

  • CNC band saw with automatic feeder;
  • cutting rods and profiles: maximum Φ240mm.

Plasma and oxygen cutting:

  • CNC burner;
  • oxygen cutting of steel sheets: thickness up to 100mm;
  • plasma cutting of steel and stainless steel: thickness up to 300mm;
  • table dimensions: 2000-x3000mm.

Guillotine:

  • CNC guillotine;
  • cutting sheets up to 10mm thick;
  • width of cut sheets up to 3000mm.

WELDING

We are able to reproduce product documentation, which greatly improves our ability to meet our customers’ needs.
We support our experienced staff by using CAD-CAM software for machining and cutting.
